Curriculum
The classroom environment is one of the most important factors that affect children’s learning. Doing something new or learning something new can be stressful. When children learn to feel comfortable, they are more open to exploring. That is what play is, exploring. Children learn through play. At Teddy Bear Child Care, we strive to create a positive family environment. Teddy Bear Child Car understands that the center is a second home to all of our children. It is one of the places where children spend most of their time. This type of environment reduces stress, supports positive social and emotional development, and helps improve the attention of children.
Curriculum helps assist our teachers with their children’s learning. Here at Teddy Bear Child Care, we maintain a daily routine for all our children. The routine may vary based on the age of the child, providing self-help learning, and life-skills development gives a child the chance to explore the world. The curriculum allows teachers to check children's progress. It also allows teachers to see each child's strengths and weaknesses. As a teacher, it is our responsibility to make sure that all our children have all the necessary skills that they need to achieve any goals that they may set for themselves and that is what curriculum does.
